WHAT WE DO
For Artists
We work with artists on the full picture: sound, identity, narrative, and creative direction. And we document the process, not as content, but as visual record. Documentary-style work that captures who an artist is at a specific moment in time. Something to build from. Something that lasts.
For Brands
We work with brands on shaping the story and the sound, from the narrative that holds the brand together to the sonic identity that makes it recognizable before a single word is spoken. And when a brand is launching or in transition, we capture that too.
残るものを、作る。
Founder's Note:
I'm a musician. Singer, songwriter, composer, performer. I grew up in Japan and have spent fifteen years making things here, records, live shows, film scores, commercial campaigns, anime and game soundtracks, the list goes on.
Some of it went further than expected, in ways I couldn't have engineered.
Music does that when it's built from something true.
But something kept coming up.
The artists doing the most interesting work didn't have the system around the music.
The brands building something worth believing in didn't have a creative partner who could hold all of it at once. The story, the sound, the documentation of the process.
That gap is what Little Slugger is for.
I named the company after a song I wrote.
"There's more in store than the things you have and haven't planned for."
